Master Quest Pack: New weapon, scenario, adventure map, and two costumes.
Twilight Princess Pack: New characters weapon, adventure map, and two costumes.
Majora's Mask Pack: Two new characters, adventure map, and three costumes.
Boss Pack: Two new game modes.
Nintendo also announced another free DLC on October 16th, where you get 4 of the game's villains as playable characters. They have not announced if it is for North America, but it is in Japan for sure. But come back and check sometime :)
Also don't forget to get the Ganon Costume DLC for free before October 23rd! Starts on September 26th when the game releases in North America!
